"I came for an oil change and an inspection with my 3 year old and my 3 month old so I was already weary on how the wait may go. I was in and out VERY quick, and greeted by a nice gentleman when we arrived. Additionally, I was given more information about the mobile service program by a sweet lady named Tonya. Lastly, we were waiting in front of a tv which was on a random channel and some kind soul in the parts desk changed it to the kids channel (without being asked but it didn't go unnoticed) which significantly helped me entertain my wild 3 year old who was also given a lollipop. Great Service!"

"When I called to set a service appointment at Randy Marion 30 miles away to address a recall on my F150, Payton, from Randy Marion, called back and offered to complete the recall at my home. I added another recall on my Expedition. They did them both during the same trip. Very convenient. The technicians were on time, courteous, professional and were done with both trucks in 15 minutes."
